My Story
As a mom, wife, full-time employee, and entrepreneur running two businesses, I intimately understand the challenges of a busy life. For years, I struggled with my weight, which worsened postpartum. I remained at my heaviest weight for two years, battling low self-esteem and constant fatigue.
My life changed when I embarked on monthly nutrition challenges—from eliminating processed foods to mastering glucose management and exploring intermittent fasting. This new lifestyle not only helped me lose weight but also boosted my energy levels and improved my skin.
Inspired by my transformative journey, I fell in love with the power of nutrition.
